Nightingales uses Australia Post for all parcels shipped within Australia.
Shipping Options
- Standard Parcel Post: 4–10 business days
- Express Post: 2–5 business days
- Free Standard Shipping on all orders over $99.00
Nightingales aims to dispatch all orders within 1–2 business days of order placement.
Orders are not shipped on weekends or public holidays.
Please note: Nightingales does not take responsibility for courier delays once the parcel has been handed over to Australia Post.

Change of Mind (Exchange / Refund)
For exchanges or refunds due to change of mind, the product must be returned within 30 days.
You may exchange the product in-store or online, provided it meets the eligible conditions below.
Eligible Product Conditions
- Product is in re-saleable condition, including original packaging
- Product has not been used or damaged
- Product is not part of the excluded product list
Excluded Products (Not Eligible for Exchange/Refund)
The following items cannot be exchanged or refunded:
- Prescription medicines, pharmacist-only medicines, and pharmacy medicines
- Gift cards and vouchers
- Consumable products
- Vitamins and supplements
- Free samples

How to Request a Refund
To be eligible, please email info@nightingales.net.au with:
- Your contact details
- A request for a refund
- The reason the product wasn’t right for you
Once approved, we will issue you a 30-Day Money Back Guarantee approval number.
Refund Conditions
- Products must be returned to the place of purchase within 30 days of the purchase date
- Returns outside 30 days will not be accepted
- Returned product must include a copy of the original receipt
- Refund will be issued as a full refund of the original purchase price (excluding shipping & handling)
Return Shipping Costs
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
- No shipping costs will be refunded

Nightingales reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate this policy at any time without notice, and may exclude customers from the policy in cases of abuse.
